Service Description

Submit your change request for a funded project from the "Political Foundations" funding program to the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

If you receive a grant from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) for a project under the "Political Foundations" funding program, you must submit an amendment application to the BMZ in good time if

  • the individual budgets of the overall financing plan on which your grant notification is based are exceeded by more than 30 percent,
  • the project concept changes significantly or
  • a long-term collaboration with a partner organization is newly established or terminated.

  • Call up the online form. This will guide you step by step through the required information.
  • Upload the required documents and submit the application online. Alternatively, you can print out the completed online application and send it to the BMZ by post.

  • You will receive a notification.
