Declaration on accessibility

The state government endeavors to make the ZuFiSH portal accessible without barriers in accordance with the provisions of the Schleswig-Holstein State Disability Equality Act (LBGG) and the accessibility requirements pursuant to Section 3 (1) to (4) and Section 4 of the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV) implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
This accessibility statement applies to the ZuFiSH portal https://zufish.schleswig-holstein.de/

Status of compliance with the requirements

Verification of compliance with the requirements is based on a self-assessment carried out.
The ZuFiSH portal is partially accessible. As part of a planned relaunch of the ZuFiSH portal, we are striving to remove any barriers that still exist.

Complaint Procedure

If a satisfactory solution has not been found even after you have sent your feedback to the above contact, you can turn to the central complaints office in accordance with the State Disability Equality Act (LBGG).
